Welcome to this fine, very homely vacation home. In the spacious and comfortably furnished living room with underfloor heating you can make yourself comfortable in front of the flat screen TV and enjoy the warmth of the wood stove in the cool season. There is underfloor heating in the kitchen and also in the bathroom. In addition, the house consists of one bedroom on the first floor, two bedrooms on the 1st floor (in these the beds can be placed apart) and an area with TV/DVD (Danish and German channels as well as TV2).

The terrace invites you to spend a lot of time here. It is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue table, so you can relax wonderfully and prepare delicious vacation meals. Right in the beautiful garden next to it, the smallest vacation guests can play in the playhouse, on the swing and in the sandbox.

A short walk separates you from the beautiful sandy beach, where you can swim for hours and enjoy the weather. You will stay just a few meters from the cozy town of Snogebæk with restaurants and a smokehouse. Snogebæk is located between Dueodde with its lighthouse and famous swimming beach and charming Nexø.

Property is good property management is terrible
The property is in a good location and quiet neighborhood. However, the property manager NOVASOL, is a complete joke of a property manager. I tried to contact them numerous times about the dryer being broken and didn’t hear anything back until after we had checked out. They also removed my review on their own website since it “violated their terms of service”. Book somewhere else from a different company.
