Disliked: Cleanliness
Bedsheets were not changed before our arrival. We had to ask twice for them to be changed. Room was comfortable but not clean. Attention to detail would make the stay that much more enjoyable.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The hotel room was terrible, the linens on the bed was used with visible stain, no hot water facility, no one was there to respond to anyone/anything, the included breakfast wasn't served at all. By far the worst hotel experience in India.
