Charming recent air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa with swimming pool
Our recent Villa (2015) of 150m2 on the ground floor for 6 people with discreet caretaker 24h / 24h is located in a small quiet area in Ngaparou, fishing village between Saly and Somone far from the tourist uproar. You will find near the villa small shops for different small shopping, a bakery, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a bank with ATM.
The villa is fully air conditioned, equipped with a safe, WiFi internet access by 3G key (we provide a 5000fcfa package for stays of 6 nights and more)
 the kitchen with an adjoining pantry (equipped with a washing machine) is open onto a large, comfortable dining room overlooking a covered terrace and the swimming pool equipped with sun loungers to enjoy the calm of the flowery garden and the Senegalese sun which await you for pleasant moments with family or friends. A barbecue is available for grilling fish and meat.
Our 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes all have their own bathroom and wc, the 3 beds and all the windows have mosquito nets. Towels and sheets are provided as well as a hairdryer.
A water reserve and a booster have been installed for your comfort.
You can have satellite channel to see the French channels (to pay extra).
In order to fully enjoy your stay, we include our fatou for cleaning and cooking.
We can organize your airport / villa transfers, our driver can pick you up day and night at a rate of 30 ⏠for 1 to 3 people + luggage and 40 ⏠for 4 to 6 people + luggage. The airport is located 28km from the house, 30min from the house depending on traffic.
SERVICE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
- Maid service from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (except wk and holidays)
-A 3G wifi internet credit of 5000fcfa offered for a stay of 6 nights and more but any excess is at your expense
-Private parking is secure

trÚs bon séjour à NGAPAROU
Logés au sein du village dans une maison spacieuse, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des personnes qui s'affairent pour que l'on passe un agréable séjour au SENEGAL.
