We are conveniently located just 4 kilometres (2.4 miles) from the actual falls and just steps away from the WEGO tourist buses and famous Niagara Gorge. The bus/train stations are a short walk away.
Our cozy retreat features a very popular, private porch for your enjoyment and comfort. The front garden with its evergreen, Southern Magnolia's are a big hit with our guests, particularly in June/July when they are in bloom.
We offer a range of amenities to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. These include a microwave, sofa, two person dining set, a TV with cable and an electric fireplace for added ambiance.
We are a short 20 minute drive to the historic town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, offering a glimpse of Ontario's rich history and culture.
For your convenience, we offer free parking on site. We also offer a complimentary bottled water, juice and breakfast snack bars to kick start your morning.

Quartier tranquille et bien situé par rapport aux chutes et aux vignobles de Niagara On the Lake. Les démarches avec le propriétaire sont faciles et bien organisées. A recommander.

We walked into the main floor unit and felt immediately at peace. This is a very comfortable unit. There was a well-stocked coffee bar, with fresh cream, and water. Dishes were set out for convenient use. The bedroom with pillowtop mattress was comfortable and had an adjoining bathroom that was stocked with plush towels, shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer. The informational book was a true treasure as it gave direction for food, area attractions, and entertainment opportunities. The unit comes with a reserved off-street parking spot. We had a noise issue with the upstairs neighbor but a quick message to Robb and it was taken care of immediately. Would stay here again in an instant.

The house was a tropical Oasis for sure. It is wonderful to sit on the porch surrounded by greenery to relax.The house is located close to everything and was very private. Hosts were very good with communication fast to answer our questions!Enjoyed our time there very mcuh.

This was a fantastic place to stay for our trip to Niagara Falls. The hosts made sure we had every and anything we needed. The suite was extremely clean and clearly cared for. The suite was clean, breakfast bars and juices and coffee was provided, there is a nice front porch with magnolia trees outside where you can sit and read. It is close to a WEGO bus stop, important so that you don't get dunned for parking at every attraction. There is a parking spot next to the house. Robb communicated with us well and made sure we were comfortable. We would go there again.

Wonderful stay

Lovely house, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed and absolutely spotless. Parking next to the house and easy and short drive to all Niagara main attractions. We loved the very comfortable front porch which was ideal to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. Communication with Robb the host was straightforward and he was very helpful. We loved it. A great stay.

Perfect oasis

This little house had everything I could need plus some surprise extras
coffee creamer! So close to all the attractions yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet on the cozy porch in the mornings. The hosts were great and checked in to ensure we had all the comforts we needed. The bed was so comfortable! We both slept great. I’m always nervous about what I’m walking into but this place is a gem and if I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely make this place a repeat stay.

Couldn’t have been nicer

Having had two pretty bad experiences with two separate VRBO’s on our recent trip, we were absolutely charmed and thrilled that the reviews we had read were actually true at this lovely suite/apt. Clean, elegant and tastefully decorated, this was absolutely a delightful space. We were able to leave our car and only used it once driving to Niagara on the lake the day before we left. We otherwise used the WEGO bus, the green southbound bus was located one block away on River Rd to take us to the information center accessed by the pre-purchased adventurer pass online. The porch was gorgeous and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or coffee in the morning. Extremely accommodating hosts !

Quiet stay away from the downtown congestion

Everything went smoothly. The property was clean and well decorated. The property was about a mile from the Falls and a half a block away from Niagara Straits, and beautiful views.

Great Location

It was cute and comfy. Just enough room for two, in a quiet neighborhood, far enough away from the tourist attaction so you could hear the water at night. It is in the middle of both the hiking trails and the falls. Great location and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area
