Property has a nice location. Receptionts - all three of them - were nice. One ofe the two elevators was broken and every trip downstairs took 10 minutes at least. Whoever was in the hallway with their radios talking all the time didn't add to relaxing atmosphere. Pool gate lock didn't work. Also, their restaurant was nice, but every single time there was a confusion that made me unwelcome - always something along the lines of "do you have a reservation?" and if you don't you can come in but you'll have to wait or you can't take a nice table etc. I had nice tables every single time and no one showed up to claim them, it was half-empty all the time, which makes me think that staff were trying to save these tables for some potential reservations (I've been told that couple of times). I don't give a damn about that and I don't think it's a smart move - I paid decent amount of money for this hotel (triple the price of what it should cost tbh, first night was close to $300 and it's not NYC). Anyhow, the stay was ok - they just could really do better.
