The app said I could use contactless check in. But i got an error and still had to checkin in person. I requested online, in chat and in person at checkin for a baby crib. It was not set up upon arrival. Their ‘king’ size bed is a queen. I have a king at home and it is noticeably different in size

The hotel was too busy to attend to the customer issues. We have blocked shower drain and it took 3 hours and numerous calls to the front desk for a support staff to answer. That caused us to miss out booking for one of the attractions we pre planned for the day.

Untold parking fees

Parking was the worse, upon arrival Sunday afternoon self parking was $40,per night, and we were told valet parking was $65 per night, we were told that we could park at other location for less.. at the casino parking. We checked the casino parking and it was $40, next night it went down to $20.

Our first room smelled terribly and the AC was not working. The second room was dirty, had broken furniture, and stains on the linens. I asked to get a refund to leave and they said I could not because it was booked through Expedia. Third room was better but still not what you’d expect from a Hilton!

I booked this as I have stayed with Hilton previously around the world and they have always been consistent in the rooms , customer care, attentiveness etc , how wrong I was when I arrived here , from the very high parking charges to lack of customer service , I was only staying for 2 nights and in this time we had to be moved to 3 different rooms , 1st had drainage issues and the bath filled up with drain gunk so after complaining they moved us to another room , this had a leak in the ceiling above the bed , so we got moved again , at no point did anyone offer to help us move nor any gesture of goodwill shown given the issues we faced. This Hilton loos very fancy when you walk into the lobby , unfortunately as soon as you step out of the lift to your room it’s all very old and need of some TLC . For the cost Hilton has the balls to charge customers they should provide a good level of care , whilst o was collecting the keys for the 2nd time I noticed others were having issues as well so mine was not a isolated incident. After complaining on the 3rd move I was provided with a $100 credit which was a insult given they had completely ruined my family holiday , it cost me $45 per night to park off site , no one care here , I would advise customers look at other options as there must be better hotels where they actually do care about their customers . On a final note apparently if you want your room cleaned you need to request it otherwise no one comes we did no one came DONT GO
