I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. 1) I had specifically booked a city view room, but was given a room with a roof view and no visibility of any part of the city. 2) The air conditioning unit in my room was extremely loud. Each time it switched on, it made such a noise that it woke us up repeatedly throughout the night, severely affecting our rest.

The view from our room was amazing. Seeing the Niagara Falls that close was cool day and night. Also, there is a place near the hotel called Clifton hill where my kids could enjoyed a mini gulf course, a speed way, the Skywheel, and much more!! The areas around the hotel have a nice variety of restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed this trip!

WiFi did not work unless we were in the lobby which was disappointing. Parking fills up very quickly, you have to pay $45 per night for regular parking and will still have to park all the way across the street in a different parking lot. Room had a moldy smell coming from the AC, otherwise location of hotel is convenient.

The view of the falls from the room was magnificent. We could watch the fireworks at night from the window. Bartenders in the bar lobby area were friendly and made great drinks. Location was convenient for walking to attractions. Only downsides were the restaurant food was underwhelming and the air conditioning in the room did not cool well. AC was not sufficient for the warm weather and heat that was generating off the large window.

Lovely spacious hotel room with friendly reception near the casino with a wonderful view of the Falls. The elevators were very busy because the hotel is a high-rise hotel.
