Near by all the sites and a comfortable clean get away
Getting to the property is very easy off the highway and has plenty of street parking. It is extremely close to the falls in all of the activities going on over there. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but there are a lot of families and other renters in the area. The house was extremely quiet and had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooking areas. You have full access to laundry, which we cleaned all of our clothes before we left, such a nice thing to do. I would definitely rent this property again, and recommend it to other people. Niagra falls was one of our top favorite vacations!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our son and his family. Reading other reviews sort of prepared us for the neighborhood, but it was still a bit shocking to see. However, we did feel safe. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing the games, that were in the house, in the evenings. The beds were comfortable but there is no a/c upstairs. The ceiling fans helped and we were thankful for nice weather. The most frustrating part of our stay was the property being hosted through Evolve. All information provided after our reservation was made was communicated through another secure website which required a verification every time. This made it difficult to share the information with the rest of the family. Also, the front door lock required an app on my phone. I was the only one that could use it and had to have my phone any time we walked outside because the door automatically locked in less than a minute. It would’ve been nice to have all the communication through VRBO and a door lock with a numbered key pad. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. If we ever went back, we would consider staying on the Canadian side of the falls. There was alot more to do over there.

Great home, very clean nice and very welcoming, the next door neighbors were really nice, the area is questionable; But we enjoyed our stayed. Craig replied immediately and was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this home again!!

Our Active vacation
We wanted to see the sights, go hiking and relax with our friends. This house offered that and more. There’s so many little nooks. It was easy to find a quiet spot in the house even with all 10 of us. This home is a 5 minute drive to the Niagara Falls park and area sights. The owner was extremely helpful. There was so much to see with two full days. . Relaxed one night at the fire pit after a long day of hiking. The nightly illumination was one of our favorites at Terrapin point. The house has all the comforts of home. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was welcoming and it had everything we needed! Neighborhood not the best but I loved it!! Distance from the falls was awesome howeverI would not recommend walking. We had a comfortable stay! Host= very responsive…. Our experience to say the least was Just Awesome!!
