The breakfast option was very good and the staff in the dining area were very pleasnt. The property is very dated and need upgrades but budget friendly. The environment was safe and the checkout was efficient. The charge to my card was as noted my hotel staff. To me in general the staff was very pleasant.

Tv channel selection was very limited. In a room rented for two people you should have two chairs. Everything else was fine.

We were in the old motel section of the hotel and it was drafty and loud. It was not connected to the rest of the hotel and so you had to go outside to reach the pool and lobby. To get into the new section, we were told that we needed to book the rooms with two queen beds next time. I wish the website had stated this. The pool was warm. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

This more like motel than hotel. For the price I expected hotel. Place is outdated. Need spruce up. You need to keep curtains closed so that people walking by do not look at you inside. AC/ heat did not work properly. Dinning room was very nice, roomy, comfortable and clean. Food was just average.

Front staff was great . Very helpful and efficient . We stayed 1 night to see concert at Fallsview Niagara . Parking was included which is a plus . This hotel is budget and in poor condition . Very dated . Room was ok but very dated although clean . Location is best part of this hotel - right across from casino and short walk to falls . If you don’t mind it’s short comings then ok for 1 night - but if you want something updated , chose somewhere else .

No towels and no Kleenix. Chair was stained, very dirty. Beds were old. We asked the front desk staff for towels. He could only give us two old bath towels with holes, no face cloths nor hand towels. The tab water and shower water was extremely weak! When the people in the next room used the bathroom, it was extremely noicy, like having a storm.
