I love this resort because the customer service is amazing. They make you feel welcome and are always asking how they can help make your stay better. This included everyone from Robert the bellman to the cleaners, front desk team and the staff at the spa. Special thanks to Natalie for a wonderful facial and Chrissy for a fabulous massage! The rooms were clean and well maintained. As soon as we arrived, I requested extra pillows and hangers and they were at our door within 5 minutes. We had a small issue with our AC late one night and they had someone come to fix it immediately. Highly recommend this resort for a couples, friends or family getaway as they accommodate all guests and events.

The property is located close to highway. Some rooms are renovated. However even we got a room with a “renovated” bathroom, it’s still not that good. The shower door keeps leaking water out. The sink’s water drains very slowly. Still see mold in the shower area. The room itself is good size. Roomy. And the bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly .

The hotel is impeccably clean, with beautiful fresh flower bouquets thoughtfully placed throughout the property. It's conveniently located just across the street from an outlet mall and only a 10-minute drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake. We stayed in Room 322 and enjoyed a fantastic view. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—always greeting us with a smile. The team at PLAY Bar + Grill Restaurant was especially outstanding, and the food was excellent. I accidentally dropped two of my credit cards, and the restaurant called us immediately after we left to let us know. Their honesty and attentiveness were truly appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel!

The amenities are spread out. The spa has treatment rooms only. The pool and hot tub are in a difference space. The sauna and steam rooms are in the change rooms in the gym. Makes for a disjointed experience.
