The property is only rented when the owners are away, so you have exclusive access to the grounds - private swimming pool, spa, solarium, summer kitchen/BBQ, Bocce ball court and ping pong table. With additional amenities like air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven/microwave, full-size refrigerator), WiFi, and washer/dryer machines, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. Beyond the property, everything is so accessible. You can walk to the village's beautiful beach and historic center in 15 minutes. You're 5 minutes to the bus, 10 minutes to the train, where you can easily explore all that the Cote d'Azur has to offer. One parking place in the garage area is available.
