The property is only rented when the owners are away, so you have exclusive access to the grounds - private swimming pool, spa, solarium, summer kitchen/BBQ, Bocce ball court and ping pong table. With additional amenities like air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven/microwave, full-size refrigerator), WiFi, and washer/dryer machines, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. Beyond the property, everything is so accessible. You can walk to the village's beautiful beach and historic center in 15 minutes.
