Very handy to stay, the tram nearby and busstop outside the door. Secure parking. Room with balcony to sit out over the main road, but in the centre of Nice it was great watching trains, trams. Breakfast great in the big airy light conservatory.

Excellent friendly front of house Thierry who could not do enough to help us and make our stay as good as it could possibly have been . It was so easy to get transport around city from hotel. Big plus was secure parking .

Affordable and friendly hotel

Good location 15 mins by tram from city centre. All staff were friendly and helpful. We came to Nice for the first time and the receptionist explained to us how to get trams and bus and where the sightseeing places are. Each room has a balcony with cute chairs and a table to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was simple and fresh.

Clean and spacious room | Reception staff was friendly and helpful; Overnight staff is security guards only, thus, it’s a bit challenging to communicate in English as the guard only understands French - however, we made use of Translation to help successfully. | Lift was out of service the 1st morning since we moved in and was still not working for the rest of our trips (5 days), which made customers hard to carry luggage/ walk back to the rooms.

The hotel is ok for the price we paid. Would definitely benefit of good maintenance work in the inside and surrounding. It looks deteriorated, ex: balcony’s room door latch was broken, and the “fixing latch/ provisional” was also broken. Overall, personnel was very attentive.

It's a clean hotel with a surprisingly large room and reasonably priced parking. For some inexplicable reason, however, the wifi only allows a single device online at a time. Avoid this hotel if you want to do any work and need wifi on more than 1 device.
