A bit small for three visitors but as always Location, Location, Location. Perfect for a vist to Cote d'Azur. Riviera Holiday Homes was top shelf with communication and helping sort out any issues.

Nice property & GREAT AC!!

AC was amazing and worked great!! Bathroom is small (very common for Europe so not that big of a deal) and toilet area is very small so if an overweight guest it may be difficult to fit in the toilet space due to glass wall for shower and another tile wall on either side. Other than that worked great and location was super close to cafe and restaurants and only 1/2 block to the beach. :)
