Our newly renovated 32 m2 apartment boasts:

• Bedroom: with a Double bed OR 2 Single beds (inquire if you have a preference), bed linen not included
• Living area: Sofa bed (with pull-out beds for up to 2 additional guests), TV with local programming, free Wi-Fi, terrace or loggia (views vary)
• Kitchen: Equipped with a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator
• Bathroom with WC. Towels not provided

• Food and Drink: If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat is Electric Café, just a 2-minute drive away! Those looking for an afternoon cocktail can walk to Restaurant Le Maestro, and we’d highly recommend starting your morning with a cup of coffee at Iris Coffee – it’s only two blocks from the residence
• Outdoor Activities: The beach is close by for anyone who wants to go for a swim or other water sports. Try water hiking in Les Gorges du Loup!
• Places to See: Spend a day visiting the Musée Renoir. Enjoy a piece of history when you stroll through Hauts de Cagnes or visit la Parfumerie Molinard and participate in a perfume creation workshop.

• Dive into our pool from 10 am - 7 pm (from April to September).
• Early Check-In for €75/unit
• Bed linen for €16/kit/week and Towels: €12/kit
• Beds can be made on arrival for €10
• Baby cot upon request for €6/day and €26/week. High-chair for €2/day and €9/week
• During or end-of-stay cleaning option (except kitchen): €70
• Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning charge will be taken: €100, in case you have not chosen the End-of-stay cleaning option
• Some of our units are accessible to wheelchairs, please inquire upon booking if you need one
• Cleaning kits can be rented for €3.90. If you want
• Complimentary outdoor parking spot – additional spots are €10/day
• Covered parking: €9 per day and €40 per week.
• Pet Fee: €12/day or €65/7 days; Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability)
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax calculated as a percentage of the stay
