The apartment is located on the first floor. There is no elevator, but the stairs are quite easy.
La Maison Bonaparte is located in the heart of the hyper Hype district of Nice, a few steps from the famous Place du Pin and its great restaurants and bars. As soon as you step out of the apartment, you are immersed in the charm of the antique district, the Port and its Yachts, restaurants and large terraces, bars and shops are a few steps away and just a few minutes' walk away. tighten on the Promenade des Anglais. The direct tram stop for the airport and the public car park are just a few steps away.
The large living room bathed in natural light includes a large and comfortable sofa, various coffee tables, armchair, large screen TV, there are French and English channels available with a sound bar.

It’s a good apartment, well-equipped! I chose this place because it said it had 2 toilets but there was only one. I also chose it because it said it was on street level on the first floor. The first door is indeed street level but to reach the apartment we had to climb some 10 steps to the second door, then some 5 steps to the door to the apartment. This was hard with a heavy suitcase. Location was very good. Close to Port Lympia where we needed to go for the UN Conference. Also plenty of eating places and stores for groceries. I would recommend to people who can make do with one toilet and the stairs.

APPARTEMENT SOMBRE
Appartement bien placé près du port, calme, joliment décoré mais en arrière cour et donc sombre car fenêtres en vis à vis direct des voisins (1,50m). Procédure d’arrivée pas souple pour la remise des clés. Nous sommes globalement déçus.
