Bathroom including a shower and a bathtub, WC. On the 1st level : Living room with sea view balcony. Independent kitchen. WC. On level -1: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) A second bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200). Each room has an opening onto an English courtyard. Shower room, WC. Including charges. Cleaning fee included. Tourist tax extra. Presence of a remotely monitored alarm. House located below the castle hill, facing the famous Promenade des Anglais. The Ponchettes a small, atypical neighborhood in the city of Nice. These are in fact small single-storey houses, having survived the vast movement of modernization and urbanization of the city. They mark the separation between the old town, called Old Nice, and the seaside promenade, with the beaches, adjoining the Cours Saleya. An architectural curiosity not to be missed. They now house several of the city's most famous art galleries.
