2nd floor (air-conditioned):
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a fold-out BZ armchair (for 1 person).

- A cot is also available.

Outside:
An 11 m² south-west-facing terrace with an uninterrupted view and garden furniture (a table and two chairs) to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally situated in Niffer, on the border between Germany and Switzerland, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market just a few kilometres away.
