Nice hotel in Furumachi

The location of the hotel is a bit far from Niigata station, but close to everything in Furumachi. They also have a shuttle bus from the station to the hotel. Checkin was quick and the room was slightly larger than your average Japanese hotel room. Services were good, and the bed was comfortable. All at a reasonable price during golden week!

Recommend this hotel-great value, great service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to recommend restaurants, give directions and information to local sites, etc. My wife and i enjoyed the accomodations. Very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. They even refresh the room daily. We also enjoyed the modest Japanese breakfast. The location was good, fairly close to the center of town.

非常に快適に過ごせました

非常に綺麗で清潔感があり宿泊カードを使わないと動かないなどセキュリティもしっかりしていて安心して滞在出来ました同系列のホテルは朝食も地元の特産品を使った物を出す特色がありコチラでは地元の特産品であるコシヒカリのお米を使ったおにぎりを出してくれるなど非常に美味しい朝食をいただけました。またコチラのホテルは主要駅から離れている場所にあるのですが駅まで車で無料送迎をしてくれるので大変助かりました

朱鷺メッセのイベント遠征の為に宿泊しました。朱鷺メッセまで近くはないけど歩いて行ける距離でした。近くにコンビニもあるし、何より朝ごはんのおにぎりが最高においしかったです！
