The proximity of a sandy or pebble beach just a few metres in front of the villa, outdoor grill and bar, open yard and playground for children, are just some of the additional facilities that you will like!



Villa Palma Zaton is fully air conditioned, has its own garage, is fully fenced and has a heated pool. It is ideal for 10 people, and if you come with children, it offers a feeder and a cot. Upstairs the villa contains one bedroom with a double bed which includes one ensuite bathroom, and three more bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the lower floor are one bedroom with its own bathroom, laundry room which offers you to use a washing machine, dryer and iron, 2 separate toilets, spacious living room with TV, sofa and armchair. Near the living room there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining area with dining table for 10 people.



On the terrace there is an outdoor table with seats, and an outdoor table for eight people next to which there are 2 outdoor bars with bar seats for four people. A beautiful semi-open outdoor tavern with a charcoal / wood chimney and a small kitchen offers you the freedom to prepare delicious delicacies in the company of your friends and family.



Entertainment is guaranteed with a 36 m2 heated pool that features a waterfall and massage bench, includes 8 sun loungers and an outdoor bar where you can enjoy the sunset while sipping delicious cocktails. The youngest ones will be delighted with bicycles, a football and basketball court in a fenced yard where they will have the opportunity to show off their sports skills. Additional attractive facilities that you can try are wine tours, water sports, fishing, cycling, diving, horseback riding and going to an amusement park ideal for the whole family.



The villa offers 2 parking spaces inside the yard, and 1 parking space outside of it.
