This newly built charming villa Roko Nin is located in the small town of Nin. The medieval and historical city of Nin is best known for it's sandy beaches. The most famous and longest beach in Nin, which will enchant You, is called Kraljičina beach. The city has many recognizable landmarks such as the statue of Bishop Grgur Ninski and many others. The location of the villa is excellent due to numerous beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance.

Villa Roko Nin is perfect place to rest Your body and soul, especially in the heated pool in front of the villa. Next to the pool there are sun beds on the direct sun light and sun lounges in the shadow, so You can choose a place for sipping the cocktails. Next to the pool there is also outside dining area where whole family can gather around tasty dish prepared on a barbecue. As You step in the villa, You will get into a modern open-plan living room and a dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Villa consists of 5 bedrooms with king size beds and air conditioning. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the ground floor and other four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are on the first floor.
