Cute and clean beach house with a two car garage in the beautiful Black Lake golf course resort. Three bedrooms, large living and family room to enjoy with games, movies, puzzles and more. Tennis courts, bocce ball, with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi available year round. Walking distance to three golf courses with in the Black Lake resort. Watch sunsets on the back porch while barbequing or sitting by the fire. Conveniently located two miles to the beach, and ten minute drive to Pismo Beach access. Enjoy shopping at mall outlets, hiking trails to private beaches to view the beautiful California sunset. South on 101 to Santa Maria 16 minutes and further to Solvang to tour the historical Dutch tourist town. Too much fun to list. Always something to do, see, or adventure.
