This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and the breakfast was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The location was also incredibly convenient, making everything easy to access. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel staff and shuttle drivers were very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job offering help with ski reservations and advice for things to do around Niseko. The breakfast and the entire property was absolutely beautiful!! Convenient that the shuttle brings you to the mountain. The kitchen staff for the breakfast was great and also appreciate the ski concierge desk. My only complaint is that we had an occurrence where we were laying down in our room and our door randomly opened and quickly shut. Someone clearly had access to our room which was unsettling and we never heard more after complaining to the staff. Our only other complaint is that sometimes the staff didn't have a sense of urgency or left the customer to take care of things themselves. We needed to return our skis to Rhythm and they would not take us in the shuttle to return everything and also were not looking to help us in any regard for that manner. I think the staff could use more proper training on how to handle client inquiries and situations like someone accessing our room. Otherwise, gorgeous hotel and wonderful onsen. Overall would come back here especially when the price is right.
