The Watervilla Patrijs Wellness Plus 8 is located at Summio Waterpark Zwartkruis. This spacious holiday villa with private sauna and outdoor hot tub is suitable for up to 8 people and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, spread over two floors.



The living room is furnished with a seating area with smart TV and sound bar. The adjacent open kitchen with dining area is equipped with, among other things, a boiling water tap, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine and combination microwave.



On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single box spring beds, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.



On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with two single box spring beds and a TV. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasin and a toilet. In addition, there is another spacious bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, double washbasin and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor.



Watervilla Patrijs Wellness Plus 8 has both front and rear furnished patio areas with a dining area and lounge sofa. On the patio there is an outdoor hot tub and a traditional sauna. In summer, there are 2 sun loungers. The villa borders the inner harbour at the back. Here you will also find your own jetty where you can dock your (rented) boat or go fishing.



You can use the Wi-Fi for free and there is parking space for a maximum of one car at the villa. At the villa you will find a private charging station for your electric car. There is also a central car park at the park. You can also make use of an internal storage room, a charging point for your electric bike and a washing machine and dryer.
