Very nice and well equipped house to spend a good holiday on our beautiful island. Give yourself the privilege of going to the beach on foot !!! and take pretty walks or bike rides on the Jacobsen pier along the sea and reach the city center in a peaceful setting or take a walk in the Bois de la Chaize.

located 800 m from the sandy beach and the city center it is a 110m2 house with a 450 m2 enclosed garden.
It comprises on the ground floor: a living room and a kitchen giving direct access to the south-west facing terrace. Large new fully equipped kitchen, glazed so very bright. induction hob, programmable pyrolysis oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plus a scullery including a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dryer.
A corridor leads to the bathroom with bath + wc, the children's bedroom with 2 single beds, a small closet and the parents' bedroom with a 140cm bed, a large closet, a French window giving access to the garden.
Street side, There is also a bedroom with a 160 bed, an Italian shower and a sink.
Upstairs you have a bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be used separately or as a large 180 cm bed. A closet. _

Grande maison familiale

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans cette grande maison, très bien aménagée.La pièce à vivre est très grande et la cuisine bien équipée, c’était très bien adapté à notre famille (4 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé).La maison est à 15/20 minutes à pieds des plages et du centre ville. Très pratique ! Il est important de savoir que cette maison est une maison de famille, il y a donc beaucoup d’affaires personnelles des propriétaires et on sent que cette maison est habitée (à l’inverse d’une maison qui serait juste dédiée à la location).

Noirmoutier la beauté lumineuse

Proche des plages à pieds 750 mètres et centre-ville accessible en vélo. Appartement bien équipé seul petit bémol en période de chaleur et de soleil le toit en verre de la belle salle à manger surchauffe. Nous avons apprécié les vélos mis à disposition et la cafetière expresso. La chambre parentale avec douche italienne est top. Le petit jardin est paradisiaque et bien isolé des voisins. Nous avons très bien communiqué avec les propriétaires.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette agréable maison située proche des plages et du centre ville. Un espace de vie spacieux et très lumineux donnant sur un petit jardin où vous trouverez des chaises longues pour vous reposer ou lire tranquillement. Maison idealement située à proximité des plages et du centre de Noirmoutier. La cuisine est tres spacieuse et bien equipee pour accueillir une famille. Les espaces exterieurs avec une grande terrasse et des transats sont un plus et surtout au calme sans vis-à-vis Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle avec une meteo tres favorable pour profiter de cette jolie maison. Un merci tout particulier aux proprietaires qui ont ete tres disponibles et arrangeants. C est une perle rare sur Noirmoutier

Séjour très agréable

La maison est idéalement placée à proximité des plages et du centre-ville à vélo. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée (également pour un sejour avec des enfants en bas âge). Le jardin clos est très agréable. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et particulièrement sympathique. Nous recommandons totalement cette maison.

Maison très lumineuse avec suffisamment d'espace intérieur ou extérieur (nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants). Bel aménagement, équipement complet. Literie de qualité. Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréable avec du soleil tous les jours (4 adultes et 2 enfants de 8 et 5 ans). La maison est spacieuse, au calme et très lumineuse grâce aux nombreuses baies vitrées. Rien ne manque. Nous étions à 10mn à pied de la plage des Sableaux et 15-20 mn à pied du centre-ville de Noirmoutier. La communication avec la propriétaire s'est très bien passée, tant avant notre arrivée que pendant et après. De nombreux restaurants délicieux tout proches. Nous reviendrons c''est sûr !!

Wir haben zu fünft einen erholsamen Urlaub in dem großen, modernen und sauberen Haus verbracht. Vor allem der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse, der Garten und die Küche im Wintergarten haben uns gut gefallen. Auf der Insel ist alles sehr gemütlich und familienfreundlich! Vielen Dank! Nous avons tous les cinq passé des vacances reposantes dans la grande maison moderne et propre. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le siège sur la terrasse, le jardin et la cuisine dans le jardin d'hiver. Tout sur l'île est très confortable et familial ! Merci beaucoup !

Une très belle location pour un excellent séjour

Une merveilleuse semaine de vacances en famille ! La pièce à vivre est spacieuse et très agréable pour passer des moments conviviaux. On se sent toujours un peu dehors grâce à la verrière ce qui est un gros + . La maison est très bien équipée et confortable (facile avec des bébés). Proche des plages (15 min à pied) et des commerces, des balades très sympas dans le bois. Idéal ! Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés !

Excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, très propre et très bien équipée. Le jardin est à l'abri des regards et reposant. L'environnement est très calme, la plage est facile d'accès à vélo tout comme le centre ville. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires qui sont très serviables.
