In the calm of its dead end, in a residential area, this beautiful and large new house in a typical Noirmoutier style beckons to you.
With an area of 120m2, it can accommodate up to 10 people. A beautiful enclosed garden of 500m2 to let the younger ones play, and 2 lovely terraces for the older ones to relax. One of them is furnished to enjoy meals in the open air or appreciate good barbecues, the other more discreet at the back of the house, has comfortable outdoor sofas.
On the ground floor, it is a large open room bathed in light. A brand new fully equipped American kitchen, with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, and a toaster, the accommodation also has a back kitchen with a washing machine.
From the kitchen, it's just a step to find ourselves all together around the large dining table, and then a cosy living room with a television between two large bay windows completes this beautiful and spacious room.
For sleeping, a super room with its four bunk beds in dormitory style will become the children's favourite room! The space is ideal for playing and telling stories. Two other rooms with queen-size beds and a last one with 2 single beds complete the sleeping area.
Finally, there are two bathrooms each with a large walk-in shower. One of them has a toilet, you will find another independent one.
For greater convenience, you can park 2 cars in the private driveway, and also in front of the house if needed for a third.

Really lovely, clean, modern and well equipped house. Fab garden with space for children to play, lovely decking area with Weber BBQ, and dining table with festoon lighting for the evening. So handy to have laundry facilities with washing line etc too. Smooth check in and out with Patricia too. All in all great!
