Great spot off the beaten path but still close to the hi-rise hotel and palm beach area. Very large outdoor area walled in for privacy.The “Hot Tub” is not heated but otherwise was great. Mini pool is also nice. Small living room/ dining room area but you don’t go to Aruba to stay inside. Nice size master with queen bed. Get use to the dogs. They hang out by the electronic parking gate but were never a problem. Great bathroom. Outside shower and half bath also. Great for 2-4 people or small family. For the price you can’t go wrong. Nice host. Very responsive. Would consider it as a future option.

Honeymoon Oasis

Boleros Villa was clean & better than what you see in the listing! The property was private & mostly quiet with sounds from local roosters 🐓 Really appreciated the full kitchen which we used most nights. The pools lights at night +++. Great place to celebrate our honeymoon 🌙

Hidden Gem

I would like to say my husband and I had an incredible time in Aruba and part of that was because of staying at this property. It was so nice to not be in a resort or hotel and have a safe quiet place to enjoy. The property had everything to offer that we could possibly need and the owners (even though they was out of town) replied to my messages in record time if I had any questions. I recommend to anyone and will return again for sure. The only critique I can give and it's just me being picky is to add a small portable speaker to use. Other than that it is amazing and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing Property!!

We cannot say enough good things about this property. Everything was better than advertised. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and we could not ask for more. We rented a car and everything on the island was relatively close. Francis and Inger were amazing hosts and even made us breakfast one day. The outside bathroom and shower made everything easier. House had everything we needed for cooking dinners every night. Eating outside was amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

Outdoor oasis

Multiple seating areas, lovely setting, plunge pool and spa, great mature trees and an outdoor half bath. Beautifully lit at night. House is great for a couple or a small family. The house is compact but everything functions very well. Hosts were great to work with and were super helpful when we had difficulties trying to get the super bowl
 a combination of operator error and a quick cable outage. Plenty of towels and linens including beach towels. Loved our visit to Philips Animal Garden right around the corner.

One happy vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! Hosts were welcoming, responsive and helpful. The home had the basics covered and worked for us. The pool and grill were definitely a plus. The outdoor space is really nice, particularly the mango tree which provided fruit for breakfast. You must have a car if you stay here: it is a local neighborhood and not really walkable to anything. We liked the quiet and being away from the tourist areas. Arashi Beach is about 10 minutes by car. Chairs, umbrellas and towels are all provided in the house. The supermarket is also about 10 minutes and is well stocked with familiar brands and items. We had a great stay and would definitely return.

Host was very nice. Property was clean & in excellent location but from there left a lot to be desired. Host was roughly an hr late meeting us a check in which sucked after traveling for so many hours. One of my main draws to the property was the private jacuzzi & pool only to find out on arrival the jacuzzi isn’t heated. I would’ve paid to stay somewhere with a heated pool or paid extra for heat so that sucked. There was only one tv in the house which kinda sucks as well if you want to lounge in the bed & watch tv. That’s actually impossible because the tv is located in the living room. The futon & position of living room chairs don’t really make that setup comfortable. If they add a tv to master bedroom & turn on heat for hot tub I would come back. But without those upgrades I would probably stay elsewhere.

Wonderful Villa!

What a beautiful place to call home while in Aruba! We loved the house itself, with its beautiful artwork, roomy kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and great living and dining area. We also appreciated and used the excellent laundry facilities. The outdoor space is especially wonderful! The garden is great, the furniture is perfect, and the pool/spa is refreshing. Love the nighttime lighting too! Most of all the hosts, Francis and Inger, are so accommodating and friendly! They go out of their way to help with whatever you need and are just great people to spend time with and talk to.

Peaceful, Private, & Most Importantly Clean

I enjoyed my stay at this private villa. The place looks exactly as listed on the site. The communication between the property management and I was above and beyond. I felt safe and welcomed. If you are looking for a nice quiet getaway stay, I recommend you booking this villa. My boyfriend and I were able to relax and enjoyed the private pool and jacuzzi.

Beautiful oasis to explore Aruba

Absolutely loved our stay at Alto Vista! The house is cute, well equipped, extremely clean, and the backyard oasis is amazing! Private plunge pool and cool water spa kept us comfortable while we relaxed in the beautiful sunshine. Quick 10-15min cab rides into the high rise area for food. Keep in mind this is in the middle of the “real” Aruba not the resort area. It’s safe, comfortable, and we’d absolutely come here again. Francis and Inger are fantastic hosts who are there when you need them and don’t bug you when you don’t need them. 5* all the way!

25th Anniversary trip

We had such a lovely stay at Boleros Villa Aruba! The accommodations were well appointed and very clean. The small salt water pool and landscaped terrace were delightful to relax in. We were able to live more like locals, avoiding the casinos and touristy places, which was what we were looking for. Francis and Inger were exceptional hosts, referring us to local guides for exciting outings! We will come back again!
