This great home in Boroncana lies nestled in a beautiful and popular area in Noord. The property is a lovely, modern and spacious free standing villa, located close to the beaches and at a 3 minutes drive to the Palm Beach hotel area with many restaurants, casinos, activities, supermarkets and shopping.

This beautiful home offers 3 very nice air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full and modern bathrooms, a well equipped air conditioned kitchen-living room perfect to entertain and make some delicious dishes. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a large tv.

Our home expresses a Modern Caribbean décor and atmosphere.
There is a covered beautiful porch to enjoy breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors, so you can thoroughly enjoy the island breeze.
We have a private and spacious garden with a swimming pool, perfect to cool off on a very sunny day. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, restroom and an outdoor shower.

We value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company and a safe to store your valuables.
Furthermore you can park on the driveway, we have WiFi, we offer beach chairs, a cooler, anything you need for a great vacation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $220 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

Property was clean and comfortable. Daniel was amazing and kept in touch throughout the pre check-in process. Check-in and out was super easy. Daniel gave some great recommendations for local restaurants. Close to all beaches. Pool was nice and felt great after a day at the beach and in the evening for a swim. Only thing is some of the tiles are cracked with a few lifted so be careful in bare feet. I just wore my flip flops. Handy outdoor shower with toilet and washer dryer!!! Also clothesline at side of house was bonus to hang your wet towels to dry. Great experience overall.

The Villa was fabulous! Exactly what I hoped and expected based on the Vrbo description and reviews from past renters. Daniel with the Casa Maria management team was excellent! Quickly responsive both before and during our stay. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!! A rental car is a necessity, and we loved having it to explore the island. So much more to see than just the beach and casinos. We had a wonderfully memorable time in Aruba.

5 adults stayed here and we were extremely happy. I agree with all the positive reviews. We stayed for a week and loved the house, pool and location. We rented a car from Wheels to go. Definitely need a car and would recommend them. This place is great if you want a quiet place, close to downtown activity at Palm Beach, a nice pool with attentive managers.

Aruba Peace

The house is beautiful, and the backyard is so peaceful. We could have stayed there the entire week. It was convenient to all the main beaches and areas of the island and was a great launching place to the other parts of the island such as the national park and the lighthouse and dunes. Great property, great location

We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit Aruba. The pool was great, we utilized the kitchen for many meals, and the bedrooms were great with individual AC units. When we return to Aruba, we will look to book this property!

Great house in a great location.

Very nice, clean home, a short drive to the palm beach area. Communication with the house manager was fantastic. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard, swimming, grilling and enjoying our meals. We would definitely stay here again. 👍👍

Aruba visit December 2023

This was truly an awesome place to stay at in Aruba. We've been to Aruba twice before and stayed at the Mariott- Ocean Club and Surf club. We wanted to stay in the same area but wanted our own place. This property is only a few minutes away by car from the Mariott. It is in an area that is still being developed. It is quiet. The house is very nice and spacious with great air conditioning. It has a very nice outdoor space and its great to have your own refreshing pool right outside, to use anytime you want. All the linens, towels etc are provided. They also provided beach chairs and coolers. Daniel, the property manager, was very responsive and always available. We definitely recommend this place for families and would definitely stay here again!
