AQUA VIEW – EAGLE BEACH – LEVENT CONDOMINIUMS
A stunning private air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 œ bathroom condo with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea for you to enjoy morning, noon or night from your private balcony. This modern open concept condo has everything you will need for a great vacation or workcation: upgraded and fully equipped kitchen with Built-in appliances, Miele washer and dryer, beach gear, towels, bed linens, Aruba Aloe hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and more. Aqua View is across the street from Eagle Beach which is ranked #2 in the Caribbean and #3 in the world.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The open concept living area with amazing views of the ocean is provided with a 65” Sony TV with Sonos soundbar, a sectional sofa with queen size sofa bed, an extendable dining table with 6 dining chairs and 4 counter stools, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 55” Sony TV with Sonos soundbar, desk and chair and walk out to the balcony. The master en-suite offers a full modern 3-piece bathroom with double sinks and a rain shower head, a built-in closet.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, a 50” Sony TV, 3-piece en-suite with rain head and handheld shower, built-in closet. Both en-suites include hair dryers.
There is a 2-piece bathroom off the main hallway.

The unit consists of 1,400 square feet, your own private balcony, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited Wi-fi, Netflix, local cable and Internet.
The condo is located on the 4th floor near an emergency stair exit.
Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds plus 1 queen size sofa bed.

The property at LeVent Condominiums has a large swimming pool, a children’s pool and a separate hot tub. There are several shaded or sunny areas to enjoy sitting or lounging around the tropical landscaped grounds. There is a children’s playground, an outdoor communal dining area where you can make use of 2 BBQ’s, an ice machine, a sink, washrooms, outdoor showers and a beach access gate. There is a communal rooftop area on the 7th floor for you to enjoy views of Aruba and the breathtaking sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, Blue Waters Day Spa, coffee shop, and free parking within the 24/7 secured gated property. The property has security cameras around the property for added safety, including a Ring Doorbell in the hallway outside the entrance to the condo unit.

THE BEACH AND AREA
LeVent Condominiums is only steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach.
We also provide you with beach chairs, Igloo cooler on wheels and beach towels.
Close by, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, gas station, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food), the hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course.
Palm Beach is approximately a 5-minute bus/car/taxi ride.
Queen Beatrix International Airport is approximately 15 minutes.

Outstanding! I’ve rented several places over the years, and Dominic is by far, the most gracious and accommodating host I’ve ever had. The “welcome” fruit basket and beverages was a pleasant surprise and nice personal touch. He communicated with us before, during, and after our stay
..even a personal phone call to answer any questions and give recommendations for restaurants and transportation prior to our arrival. The condo is absolutely beautiful; fully equipped. Absolutely amazing view of the beach!!! Great location, within walking distance of several restaurants, super foods, and could walk or take a taxi to Palm Beach with lots of night time activities. Beyond Expectations

This was an amazing experience. I have given 5 Stars to other stays but this deserves higher. Dominic and his team provided all needed for a wonderful stay.The communication was exceptional and timely. The unit was luxury and all the comforts of home. We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect. Dominic was wonderful with communicating and our stay exceeded our expectations. Amazing ocean views

This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath condo was very comfortable to call home for a week, while in Aruba. Is was very spacious while traveling with my son(6yr) and mother(76) with an amazing ocean view. We found the furniture and beds to be very comfortable and a Full kitchen with everything you need. The supermarket was a short walk(10 min) and the beach is across the street. Dominic and Daniela are amazing hosts and we couldn't have been more pleased with their hospitality. We definitely recommend staying at this property and would personally stay here again. Thank you so much for making our vacation as comfortable and convenient as possible!

Spring break with teens

This condo was perfect for family of 4 with teen boys. Location is great on Eagle beach. The view is amazing. Plenty of restaurant options close by. It was Nice to have a car to get everywhere quick and explore the island. Dominic is a great Host and really makes sure everything goes smoothly.

We love staying at condos/houses versus hotels, and this condo was exceptional! Dominic and his staff have great communication and will make sure everything is taken care of to your satisfaction. Beautiful condo, just right for our party of 4, and the view was wonderful. Entire condo complex is new and very nice. Good pool and of course the beach is just a minute walk away. Also very central to both downtown and the northern beaches which we love. Very clean and has beach chairs, towels, very nice cooler, etc. Stay here with confidence!!!!

Exceptional Property

This property was perfect in every way. This unit was top notch and had the best possible upgrades. The furniture was also high quality. We had the best view of the beach and could watch beautiful sunsets. This unit has anything you could think of that you would need to live in a condo. We did not need to bring a thing. The best part is that it is on the best beach on the island that is 100ft away.

The LeVent property was beautiful, well maintained, clean, and a very short walk to Eagle Beach.
