Clean and well-kept suite in a wonderful location, just a short walk to the beach and convenient bus stops. I especially loved the outdoor cooking area and enjoyed making a few meals during my stay. There were a couple of minor issues—the shower handle needed repair and the water was only lukewarm—but I shared this with the suite personnel, who were responsive and planned to fix it. There were also iguanas living in the ceiling, which occasionally made some noise; however, I spent most of my time outdoors, so it didn’t affect my stay much. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a great location, and I appreciated the communication and attentiveness of the staff.

Everything was great except for on sheet that looked a little dirty. We took it ok and slept on the other sheets since there were plenty of sheets. Room very nice and clean and well decorated. A nice little guide was in the room and brochure for a massage place near by. Since it is not near transportation a number was provided for a taxi which was super helpful. Chairs and towels for the beach also provided. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Host was easy to reach via whatsapp

Bakval Suites exceeded our expectations. My husband and I stayed here for a week. We were in Suite 6 and the king size bed was lovely. The bathroom very nice and there is a refrigerator coffee maker and all the kitchen wear you would need. They also supply two chairs and a cooler that you could take to the beach, but I wanted Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and a Shibumi tentso we rented those from Travel-Light and that was delivered to this property. And that was very affordable. There is plenty of parking spots The Superfood grocery store was very a short drive along with other grocery stores within walking distance. The property is spotless. The outdoor area seating is so nice and the pool is lovely and also kept very clean. The outside kitchen area with an outdoor stove and a grill and a large table and sink is great if you would like to grill and stay in the property is right up the road from the beach the owners were very responsive to everything we needed. The air conditioner worked great with a remote. My only complaint is the pillows sucked, but the bed was very comfortable and sheets were very very clean. We both slept great and we are not good sleepers. We are very happy with our stay and would come back again in a second.

Second time my husband & I stay there. Love it! Has everything you need to relax. Ramon and Ana are lovely and respond immediately. Even cleaning staff are excellent. Other guests super friendly. Aruba is absolutely great! Would definitely stay there over and over. Incredibly safe!!

A wonderful hideaway with just 7 units of different sizes. Great pool. Clean, well taken care of and the owner Ramon was very helpful and friendly. I recommend this great place especially as its quiet and just a 7.minute walk to bustling Palm Beach.

Great property if you want to be away from the action but still be able to walk to it if you choose. Clean, quaint villas surrounding a nice size pool. Staff were attentive and friendly. The owner wasvery friendly also. This will be my go to spot for future trips to beautiful Aruba!

A secret romantic gem

It was amazing very beautiful and so relaxing close to the Marriot. About a 6 minute walk. We also met wonderful people. Wish we could of stayed longer. It is a secret gem.

We have been going to Aruba since 2009. We usually stay somewhere else to be near friends, because we were the only ones going this year we tried something new. This was like a private oasis. The accommodations were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The cleaning girl polite and helpful. There were other guests but primarily we had the pool and lounging area to our selves most afternoons . We truly found this comparable to our usual lowrise hotel but for half the price.
