I had been to the hotel multiple time before which prepare us to what we can expect. Friendly staff, great location... however in our last day in our last trip in August they did not clean the room and claimed that we had a sign on the door by the time they were doing their cleaning route, 10 am, which is not accurate as they did not do that during our inter stay and they were cleaning the room next to us by 2 pm and we saw that from the beach, we had a ocean front room. when I talked to the front desk and they talked to the room services they refused to clean the room and when I requested clean towels and toilet papers, they stacked a lot of towels on the bed but no toilet papers, I had to call room service three times to get toilet papers finally when I said that I wanted to speak to a manager as I am about to collect toilet papers from public restroom in the hotel because I am completely out and it had been three hours since my initial request, they provided the toilet papers right away. Very disappointed and bad way to finish a lovely stay.

I recently stayed at this resort and overall had a good experience. The location is beautiful and the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. The amenities were decent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. That being said, the property would really benefit from some updates. The rooms and common areas show signs of age, and a refresh in décor and modern conveniences would go a long way in making the experience even better. While I was still able to enjoy my time, I felt that some improvements would enhance comfort and give guests a better chance to fully appreciate everything the resort has to offer. With a few upgrades, this resort could easily move from good to excellent.

Holiday Inn was great really Enjoyed our stay . The staff was helpful , property was clean . Rooms are a little Dated compared to newer would be the only complaint I can see someone saying but I actually loved the feel of the resort in a whole.

Perfect beach location. Decent enough pool. Lots of things to do. Rooms were nice to sleep in. TV service was limited. Water pressure in the shower was borderline awful. Overall a great stay. Will book again every year.

Several room locations at this hotel are quite noisy until around 2:00 AM. While I understand this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault (as the noise comes from nearby properties and the busy street), I do think the hotel should be more transparent with guests about which rooms are prone to noise and offer quieter alternatives when available. In my experience, we had to move rooms twice. Our first room faced a neighboring property that hosted loud parties all night. The hotel responded by moving us and offering a credit, which I appreciated. However, the second room faced a busy street and the town center—also very noisy. It wasn’t until the third room that we were finally able to get a restful night. What was frustrating is that the hotel staff seemed well aware of the noise issues in both previous locations. It begs the question: if I’d already lost a full night of sleep, why place me in another known noisy spot? While I appreciated the staff’s efforts to eventually make things right, I believe this situation could have been avoided with better upfront communication and room assignment. Guests deserve a heads-up if certain rooms are known to be problematic, especially when it’s a recurring issue. My hope is that other guests will read this post and discuss room location before having a night without sleep. I would also like if the resort takes a more proactive role in addressing this problem starting with transparency.
