Our spacious Spanish-style oceanfront home is located about half a mile up the beach from the Ritz Carlton and other high-rise hotels in prestigious Malmok. With gorgeous ocean views, five bedrooms plus convertible den, six en suite bathrooms, swim-up bar in our private pool set in tropical garden paradise, screened-in patio, and plenty of space to relax, you will never want to leave the zen tranquility of our home!

Malmok is the finest oceanfront residential area on the island, but less than two miles from most restaurants, casinos, hotels and supermarkets with many fascinating international products as well as American products. Windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, tennis, swimming in our pool under the palm trees, or whatever Caribbean fantasy you desire is either on our beach or close at hand.

Our host was wonderful. Very responsive and accommodating. Any issues were handled promptly. The home itself was gorgeous and located in good proximity to Aruba nightlife and tours while allowing us to get away from that scene as well. Our children enjoyed the pool and the iguana in the pool area. 10/10 would recommend and return here again.

absolutely perfect house for a large group of two families. well appointed kitchen for cooking, all beds were comfortable and rooms had separate air conditioning. pool was nice to entertain after the beach. they do have an iguana that hangs out by the pool. several people toes were bit if they had polish on. sunsets every night were amazing. definately would return to this house again. House manager and house cleaners were awesome.

Traveled to Aruba for my 60th birthday celebration with 6 ladies. Everything was perfect. There was enough different spaces for everyone to enjoy along with gathering to watch the sunset off the balcony almost every night. Kitchen was spacious, dinning table was grand. Just close enough to the Hotel district but far enough away to have quiet evenings. Host gave wonderful recommendation, helped with pre arrival questions about the area including a private chef to come to the house to cook the most wonderful meal. Holly and her crew could not have provided a better way to celebrate such a milestone birthday. Look forward to making it back to ArubaHouse soon.

The grandkids rated this vacation better than Disney! The property was fantastic, my son in law said it best, the house just grows on you. It was clean, well maintained and up to date with amenities. Far enough from the hotel district but close enough if you like the crowds and shops to walk to. A true 11 out of 10!

My wife and i had an amazing stay at the aruba house. Excellent communication from host. The most astonishing ocean view with a perfect view of the sun setting, filled with sailboats, wind and kite surfers. The house is super clean with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Perfect Family Vacation House

Our family of 11 had an amazing stay at the Aruba House. Marrit was available to answer all of our questions and handled each one professionally and timely. Jolie cleaned the house 3x during the week and did a fantastic job. The house is bigger and more beautiful than the pictures depict. The pool area was fabulous and clean. The owners really pay attention to detail. I would highly recommend this house to family and friends.

Family Christmas Celebration

We spent many hours searching for a house in Aruba to meet the needs of seven people. This house more than met our expectations. There were so many spaces with comfortable furniture and rooms with beautiful lanais and views. We could not be happier with the manager Merritt and the housekeeper who kept the house spotless. Such an amazing villa.Everything was perfect, it was spotless and the cleaner is lovely, the landscaping was pristine and very attractive. perfect family house

Holly along with Anneke provided guidance for a seamless transition before and during our trip. ArubaHouse rooms were very clean upon our arrival and even during our stay-as it felt as if it was magically put back in order when we returned from an afternoon at the beach or shopping. New towels, fresh beds, and sand free floors. What a treat. Our bedding was very comfortable and kept tidy and clean by the housekeeper. She also kept the towels in the bathroom and pool refreshed. We never felt like we had to use a damp or used towel. . We used the Super Food Plaza a few times during our visit and were very satisfied with the items available. It is a very nice large grocery that is best visited in the morning. At Arubahouse, the driveway and garage were roomy enough for a rental van and a small car to be secured during the night. The ocean is directly across the street and although surf shoes are recommended, we enjoyed several days of basking in the low tide waters with the provided surf chairs. We also drove down to Eagle Beach one morning. No surf shoes are needed here. The house and pool areas are surrounded by a solid wall with a path that winds through a tropical garden towards the sturdy front gate that boasts a romantic plant arch. The common areas were perfect for our 10-person party to all comfortably have conversations, meals or alone time. The house has a great security system and we felt extremely safe during the entire stay. Thank you, Holly, for sharing

2024 Aruba Girls' Trip

This was a great house for our trip. The pool area was great with enough lounge chairs for our group of seven. There were multiple outdoor living areas with seating for all of us. The beach is across the street and provide a beautiful view, but you will need to drive about three minutes to get to a sandy beach, or you can walk in about 25 minutes. The island is very breezy which makes being outside pleasant, no excessive heat or humidity. All bedrooms are en suite and there are two large indoor seating areas, one with a very large screen TV. There is also access to a bathroom from the pool area so that you don't need to walk through the house in wet bathing suits. The house was very clean and dish, hand and laundry soap were provided. The property owner is extremely communicative and followed up with us shortly after our return. We would recommend this house for an Aruba vacation.

Paradise found
at The Aruba House!!

What a wonderful stay we had at the Aruba House!! The location was amazing as just steps to the beach where we snorkeled a shipwreck filled with ocean life!! The pool was a great place to relax and cool off after our adventures throughout this beautiful island! This home will forever have our heart as our daughter was engaged while on the trip!
