This is a great place to stay close to everything Not the Ritz but basic and very clean .

Great value for a central location. 2 small issues were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Beautiful courtyard and pool area. Quiet at night. Bed was comfy. Loved the kitchen amenities (coffee maker, toaster, gas stove top, fridge/freezer) Lots of free ice! (and tap water is drinkable and very nice tasting). I would stay here again. Thank you!

Loved the location right beside a big grocery store and 10min walk to beach. Loved the pool area too. Nice and quiet and plenty of loungers. Would definitely stay here again.

The office closed on Sunday and there is no way to get a hold of staff. If you lock yourself out of your room on Sunday, you will not be able to get back in until Monday morning. We ran out of toilet paper and it took them 12 hours to refill. Dogs were extremely noisy next store. 3 massive dogs barking all night long. People in other rooms yelling at them to shut up. It was hard to sleep at night. Random dogs on the street barking as well don’t help. The staff was very nice but very slow.

Hello, we are a bit surprised about your rating, but we appreciate the opportunity to respond, so other potential guests can have a better knowledge of our offered service.We are not a hotel, so we don't have 24 hours front desk. That doesn't mean that out of office hours the guests cannot contact us for something important or an emergency. The weekend you stayed nobody slept outside, nobody called us, we have no idea who you saw outside until Monday... Our cell phone for emergency is available until late, the number is published on the front office door, or by email.Our housekeeping report says that toilet paper was provided before the weekend, the lady had to make space on the rack in the bathroom because it was full of seashells (which is illegal to collect in Aruba).The dogs are all around Aruba, it's out of our control if they bark. You can reduce the noise by closing the window. The staff is always there to assist during office hours, we never have been contacted by you for anything. It's sad to see that you didn't enjoy our place, but we wish you find a place that meets all your expectations, if you need 24 hours front desk, we recommend you choose a hotel instead of apartments or condo.Kind regards
