This elegant 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on the third floor of the exclusive gated community of Palma Real, boasting two pools and a kiddie pool. With round-the-clock security and convenient parking, this residence is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the vibrant heart of the Palm Beach area.

Please note that access to the apartment is via four flights of stairs, as there is no elevator available.

The apartment features an inviting open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the living room and kitchen. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort, and the entire house is air-conditioned.

Love the location, cleanliness and amenities of Palma Real. The condo couldn’t have been more perfect, clean , modern and cozy. Fay the owner is the best !!!!! Just a relaxing enjoyable vacation and we’ll be back soon , this is where we’ll book every time

Family Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Very close and convenient to the beach. Walkable but better to rent a car and drive because of heat. The owners thought of everything you may need and was perfect for going to the beach daily. Local restaurants were also very good. Felt very safe with the gated security. My son enjoyed the pools at the property as well when weren't at the beach.

Nice Aruba Home Base

The Palma Real apartment was a great home away from home in Aruba. It is centrally located and in a gated community for added security. It was walking distance to several good restaurants and a gelato place for dessert! The apartment was exactly as described. It is situated on the third floor near the pools. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessities. The owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had while there. Everything you could need while visiting Aruba was included. In fact, we found things that were not detailed in the listing that were bonuses! There were beach bags and coolers with ice packs that were great for beach outings. And a small library of books that were perfect beach reads. There is a small balcony that you can sit and read or drink a beverage. All in all, a pleasant place to stay while visiting Aruba!

Compleet appartement

Het is een ruim appartement, goede bedden, fijne woonkamer en keuken. Het appartement was schoon en er alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben was aanwezig. Een leuke omgeving dichtbij restaurantjes en bars. Strand met de auto in 10 minuten bereikbaar. Een aanrader!
