The room 230 we stayed in for 6 days was nice, however when we entered the room it was freezing. It took more than an entire day to heat the room properly. We were provided with portable heaters but they were noisy. The housekeeping could be better. The cups and plates were not washed.

The room was great. The shuttle bus was terrible. We waited at least 40 minutes at the airport at night. There were so many people that the bus couldn’t safely fit us all. We were standing at the front door the whole ride.

"Firstly, the hotel staff were amazing. From check-in with Melle, and support from Max and Sophie. In fact, Sophie made us feel like our business mattered. The food was great with lots of choices for breakfast. We described the room as a bento box. Everything was just in the right place. Very close to visiting museums but with easy access to transportation."
