Set high above the water’s edge, the home is designed to capture the beauty and stillness of the ocean at every turn. The living area invites quiet moments with coffee as sunlight fills the room, or relaxed evenings on the lounge with the sea stretching beyond the glass.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area sit at the heart of the home. Here, the coastline becomes the quiet backdrop to daily moments, like a living cinema showcasing the breathtaking beauty of the Pacific as waves roll and light shifts across the horizon. A generous island with stools offers a relaxed spot for casual bites as meals come together, while the dining table is perfectly positioned to enjoy the uninterrupted horizon.

Three bedrooms sit within the main house. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, ocean views, and direct access to the balcony where a sun lounger overlooks the water. The second bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite for added privacy. Just steps from the main house, a separate building provides a great retreat for families or groups. The fourth bedroom includes two double beds on the lower level and two king single bunks above, along with a TV area and its own ensuite bathroom.

Three bathrooms with walk-in showers provide space for everyone to refresh after a day by the coast. The deck invites easy alfresco living, where an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ set the scene for long lunches and sunset dinners as sea breezes drift through the surrounding greenery. Additional comforts include a private laundry with a washer and dryer, central air conditioning and heating, family essentials like a high chair and porta cot, and parking for up to three cars.

Continue a little further to The Entrance, a lively waterfront hub known for cafés, restaurants, coastal walks, and the famous daily pelican feeding.
