The house and annex are located at the end of a traffic-free cul-de-sac with a spectacular panoramic view of Rondane. Outside you can enjoy the silence, the tranquillity of the forest and the view of the mountains in a large, fenced-in cottage yard where your four-legged friends can also run around freely.



In spring, summer and autumn, there are sheep and cows in the area to greet you outside the fence. All year round, the cabin is an ideal starting point for great nature experiences with a number of marked routes either directly from the cabin or a short drive away if you want to go on a summit hike, e.g. in the Rondane or Jotunheimen national parks. Sukkertoppen and Middagshaugen are within easy reach of the cabin. In summer and autumn there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling, from easy to challenging routes. If you like fishing, there are several good fishing lakes nearby. If you want to strap on your cross-country skis, there are great cross-country trails just a few hundred metres from the cottage that are easy to reach, and the Gålå ski area can be reached by car.
