Die Therme ist extrem laut, so dass kaum an Schlaf zu denken war, Wasser nur lauwarm bis kalt,

Dadurch dass die Therme alle 5 minuten gezündet hat, war an Schlaf kaum zu denken, dagegen war das Wasser nur .auwarm bis kalt. Um8h kam das Reinigungspersonal ohne vorher anzufragen während ich im Bad stand und erst um 10h den Schlüssel abgeben musste

FeWo Koralle

Die Wohngegend war ruhig. In der Wohnung laute Geräusche vermutlich Heizung und Lüfter im Bad, Deshalb Schlaf nicht so ruhig.. Wäscheständer rostig, Wäsche trocknen nicht möglich. Außerdem habe wir Wolldecken ver-misst und Kissen auf der Chouch. Ich weiß zwar nicht ob dies dazu ge- hört aber in den anderen Wohnungen, wo wir bereits waren, war das so.

Eigentlich ne 1 verdient. Aber...

Ein schönes, sauberes Apartment in laufnähe zum Strand. Das Apartment ist ebenerdig (eine kleine Stufe) mit Sitzgelegenheit draußen. Alles wichtige findet man dort. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, sogar ein Bügeleisen. Das Bett ist bequem. Man kann die ganze Wohnung abdunkeln. Die Heizungen funktionieren. Eigentlich ne glatte 1. Leider ist der Boiler im Flur sehr laut. Der veranstaltete nen riesen Krach. Tagsüber zu verschmerzen. Allerdings nachts wirklich eine Zumutung.

Veraltet aber sauber

Die Unterkunft war für eine Woche Urlaub an der Nordsee okay. Die Einrichtung ist kpl in Buche gehalten. Allerdings sollten die Fenster und Türen mal gewartet werden. Diese sind nur sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Auf der Terrasse stand noch ein Pappbecher mit Zigarettenkippen vom Vermieter. Spinnweben in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer.

Betten schlecht, lieblos eingerichtet, schwaches Eqipment in der Küche (die schlechtesten und gefährlichsten Pfannen, die ich je gesehen habe) Wohnung richt nach kaltem Qualm / Rauch, in der Nacht wird man unzählige Male geweckt, weil ständig der Gasboiler lt. anspringt, wenn im Haus jemand das Wasser anmacht, im Bad ist der Lüftungsschlitz völlig verdreckt (Bad ansonsten schön)

Haustier erlaubt

Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Leider sind die Kopfkissen wie ein großer klumpen gewesen (sehr unbeweglich). Schade das um die eigene Terrasse/Gartenbereich kein Zaun war, dadurch musste unser Hund immer an der Leine befestigt werden, sobald wir die Balkontür aufgemacht haben.

Woche zum entspannen

Die Wohnung an sich war in gut , die Lage nicht zu weiter vom Strand gut , haber in Bad konnte etwas mehr Licht am Spiegel sein und in der Küche der unterer Schrank war etwas dreckig sonst wie gesagt war alles in Ordnung

Das Mobiliar ist seh runter gerockt

Leider ist das Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sauber war es auch nur mäßig. Die Elektrogeräte sind schon sehr alt .Der Service von Inter Home war sehr gut die Leute sehr nett und freundlich. Ich würde über Inter Home wieder buchen aber nur eine Modernere Ferienwohnung.

preiswerte Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Doppelhaushälfte mit jeweils vier Ferienwohnungen. Sie hat die Ausstattung, die die Bilder versprechen und gibt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt alles her. Man geht keine fünf Minuten und steht auf dem Deich, ist gut angebunden und findet vor Ort neben dem Strand, der Seehundstation und den Fähren nach Norderney und Juist, ein paar Shops und eine Hand voll Restaurants. Die Wege zu den Inseln und schönen Orten wie Greetsiel sind kurz, dazu sind Tagesausflüge nach Groningen, Emden oder Bremen möglich. Ein Manko ist die Hellhörigkeit zum Treppenhaus. Doch das merkt man im Urlaub ja nur sehr selten. Doch wie in der Wohnung vier Personen übernachten können sollen, ist unklar. Es gibt dort ein bequemes Doppelbett und eine zum Schlaafen ungeeignete Couch.

Im Hausflur hat es leider leicht Muffig gerochen Es wird sehr viel Wasser verschwendet,bis das warmes Wasser zum Duschen oder abwaschen in der Küche kommt . Die Kaffeemaschiene müsste mal gereinigt werden ( Kanne ist total braun)

Schön, sauber, empfehlenswert

Schöne Wohnung, ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Bett und Schlafcouch sind bequem. Nähe zum Bäcker und Meer optimal. Würde dieses Objekt wieder buchen.
