Sehr schöne Wohnung, es fehlt nur ein Schrank in der Küche wo man die Lebensmittel lagern kann. Einzige Manko ist das der Laminat sehr schlecht verlegt ist, mit Socken bleibt man sehr oft hängen.

Tolle Lage, kleine Mängel

Insgesamt ist das App sehr großzügig incl gr Balkon mit Grill und Wintergarten. Ausstattung ok, etwas lieblos und wenig gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, direkt an der Seehundstation, Wellenbad und Kurpark. Ca 500m zu Fuß zum Deich Bei der Abreise habe ich Mängel im Bad weitergegeben, die hoffentlich kurzfristig abgestellt werden: Duschgestänge ist defekt und das Bad ist schimmelig, insbesondere die Dusche sehr stark mit starker Geruchsbelästigung

Eine schöne Wohnung über zwei Etagen. Eine Terrasse und ein Wintergarten. Alles soo zentral. Perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Da kann da Auto einfach stehen bleiben. Tolle Unterkunft. Toller Urlaub. Immer wieder gerne

Objekt schlecht beschrieben

Sehr großzügiges Appartment in guter Lage, ca. 500m zu Fuß zum Deich, Ausstattung OK, etwas lieblos und wenig gemütlich. Toller Wintergarten! Bad leider schimmelig und Duschgestänge defekt, habe dies heute bei der Schlüsselübergabe mitgeteilt, so dass dieser Mangel hoffentlich kurzfristig beseitigt wird.

Leider erfüllte die Wohnung nicht unseren Erwartungen, sie war sehr unsauber und die Betten sind nicht bequem, aus diesem Grund sind wir lieber nach Hause gefahren.

Aufenthalt zu 5. Im Juli 2021

Insgesamt große aber in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung. Das EG ist tip-top (außer eine Waschmaschine war alles da), das 1. OG mit den 3 SZ ist allerdings ungenügend. KEINE Rollos oder Rolladen zum Verdunkeln an den Fenstern in der Dachschräge... Ein absolutes No-Go mit Kindern, die lichtempfindlich sind (unsere sind das nicht). Desweiteren wurde ein reservierter Kinderwagen einfach vergessen. Service extrem unpersönlich (Kette halt). Lage aber super und sehr ruhig. Der kleine Garten auch top.

1. Zustand des Objekts Jahre nach dem Foto 2. Wohnung völlig verlebt und nicht gereinigt 3. Grundreinigung und Desinfektion fehlte komplett 4. Müll, Kleidung vom Vormieter und jede Menge Fruchtfliegen sowie völlig verdreckte Böden, Essensreste am Geschirr und eine nicht komplett funktionierende Dusche 5. Selbstreinigung am Einzugstag 6. Vorhandener Wohnzimmerteppich stand vor Dreck und wurde von uns ausgelagert 7. Völlig durchgelegene Betten 8. Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum mieten zu teuer

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit ein paar kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Die Einrichtung ist ok - man sieht dass immer wieder etwas gemacht wird in der Wohnung. Einiges hätte etwas aktueller eingerichtet sein können aber das ist auch Geschmacksache. Es fehlte eine Garderobe und ein großer Spiegel im 1. OG - es ist nur 1 Spiegel im begehbaren Kleiderschrank (2. OG) vorhanden. Ein großer Nachteil war jedoch, dass es für die Wohnung nur 1 Schlüssel gibt.

Super Ferienwohnung

Große Wohnung aber altes Mobiliar in den Zimmern. Betten unbequem, das war echt ein Manko. Ein Fenster im Wintergarten kam uns beim Öffnen entgegen. Besen und Schaufel suchten wir vergeblich. Aber ganz viele Möglichkeiten rundherum und das Haus bot auch viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren ein Ehepaar mit Kind und 2 Freunden, wobei einer recht unter der Hellhörigkeit der Schlafräume gelitten hat, mich hat eher gestört, dass es keine Rollos für die Dachfenster gab. Küche war top ausgestattet und relativ neu, sogar mit Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Handmixer(kein elektrischer) und großer Kühlschrank/ Tiefkühlerkombi. Wenn die Betten besser werden, ist das DIE TOPLOCATION für die nächsten Jahre
