Gute Lage, nettes Domizil
FeWo von etwas älterer Bauart, aber es war alles da was gebraucht wurde. Ortskern, Strand, Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar. Insbesondere kann ich Kommentare, die mangelnde Sauberkeit des Objektes zum Thema hatten, NICHT bestätigen. Die FeWo war sauber als ich sie übernommen habe!

Alles prima, außer das WLAN
Die FeWo liegt wie beschrieben ca. 1 km vom Strand entfernt, in 100 m Entfernung dafür ein Supermarkt und Bäcker. Norddeich ist sehr touristisch geprägt, viele Ferienhäuser und -wohnungen umliegend, die Wattkieker Wohnung fanden wir zu zweit angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und bei der Verwaltung wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Ein Tipp: Man kann dort auch Fahrräder ausleihen, am besten telefonisch vorreservieren. Einziges Manko: Das WLAN ist quasi nicht existent, d.h. die Verbindungsqualität ist sehr schlecht, mit dem Handy fast nicht nutzbar (4 Geräte, immer das gleiche), da fehlt wohl ein Repeater im OG.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Atmosphäre
Sauber und ordentlich, was man braucht war da. Aber en zu kleiner Fahrrad Schuppen, wenn alle Urlauber ein Fahrrad mitgebracht hätten wäre es nicht gegangen und es müssten einige draussen bleiben. Maximaler Platz für 3 Räder. Man sollte die Gartentische und Stühle daraus nehmen.

Alles in allem o.k.
Die Angaben im online-Inserat waren korrekt. Allerdings waren die Betten für meinen Geschmack zu weich. Der W-LAN Anschluss hat nicht funktioniert bzw. das uns genannte Passwortes war falsch.
Das Objekt befand sich in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Für Singles und Paare ist die Wohnung gut geeignet. Für eine Familie mit 4 Personen scheint sie mir jedoch zu klein - aber das ist meine persönliche Meinung.
Im Ort selbst gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Der Strand ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Cafés und Restaurants sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar.
