Mitten im Geschehen

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben,für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super. Allerdings nichts für jemanden,der Ruhe sucht. Mitten in der City gelegen bekommt man vom Trubel natürlich alles mit,vor allem auch wenn das Partyvolk nach Hause geht. Uns hats semi gestört - dank Ohrenstöpsel - es war super,dass man immer mal kurz hin konnte :-)

Top Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Das einchecken hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage war super. Wenn es etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann maximal, dass es Nachts mal lauter wurde, wenn die "Partygäste" auf dem Rückweg durch die Fußgängerzone waren.

Der große Vorteil der Wohnung ist auch zugleich der entscheidende Nachteil Die zentrale Lage führt nicht nur zu einer schnellen Erreichbarkeit aller wichtigen und sehenswerten Einrichtungen des Ortes sondern auch zu einer erheblichen Beeinträchtigung der Nachtruhe. Wenn man eine Wohnung mitten im Geschehen bucht, weiß man vom geschäftigen Treiben tagsüber, was vollkommen okay geht. Wenn man jedoch von lautstarken und gröhlenden Partygängern Nacht für Nacht aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird, trübt dies erheblich die Urlaubsfreuden. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie in dieser Unterkunft leider nicht finden! Dies hat nichts mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung zu tun, führt aber letztendlich zur Abwertung. Die Wohnung an sich ist vollkommen okay. Sehr sauber, mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet und mit einem stimmigen Farbkonzept versehen. Die technische Ausführung der Renovierung wirkt aber nicht gerade fachmännisch ausgeführt: Steckdosen an unzugänglichen Plätzen, Wände mit Tapetenresten übergestrichen, Badezimmertür schlecht schließend, Wohnungstür mit veraltetem Sicherheitskonzept, etc. Das vorhandene Geschirr und Besteck sind vollkommen ausreichend, und wegen des in vorangegangenen Bewertungen vermißten Besens, haben wir während unseres Aufenthalts der Wohnung einen Handfeger mit Kehrschaufel spendiert. Die Spülmaschine ist überflüssigerweise komplett überdimensioniert und eine Kapselmaschine ist zwar praktisch entspricht aber nicht mehr dem Standard eines nachhaltigen Umweltgedankens.

Nichts für Langschläfer ;-)

Leider war es sehr laut...... auf der Straße, aber auch im Haus.... Die Mieter über der Wohnung waren wohl zum Feiern auf Norderney und habe in den frühen Morgenstunden nichts ausgelassen, um das ganze Haus in Rage zu bringen :-( Von dem Balkon sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten, eigentlich kann man ihn gar nicht nutzen.

Die Wohnung war sauber aber es fehlten einige Dinge: kein Besen/Staubsauger, in der Küche sehr wenig Zubehör (keineEierbecher, wenig Geschirr). Man musste am 2. Tag die fast leere Spülmaschine anstellen! Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr laut ( nicht nur von außen); man konnte auch die Menschen in der Nachbarwohnung reden hören! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passen hier nicht!

Wohnung viel zu teuer..zu dunkel..Viel zu laut , da nur Partygänger unterwegs waren u gröhlend. .angetrunken Morgens um halb 4 in ihre Unterkünfte gehen..auch 1 großes u 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person für 1 Woche definitiv zu wenig...sehr unpersönlich alles. Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen , somit auch nicht weiter empfehlen.. Abzockgefühl

Wir (Partnerin + ich) waren eine gesamte Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, wenn man Wert auf Selbstversorgung legt. Mobiliar, Einrichtung und Wohn-/Küchenutensilien komplett von IKEA, genügen allerdings allen Anforderungen. Insgesamt sauber, es ist alles da, was man üblicherweise zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Allerdings fehlt es ein wenig an Wartung und Pflege: die Leselampe im Schlafzimmer hing an den Stromkabeln von der Wand (nicht ganz ungefährlich ... ), die Spiegellampe im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, die batteriebetriebenen Uhren brauchten neue Batterien. Die sehr zentrale Lage ist gut, um schnell überall hinzukommen (Geschäfte, Strand, Fahrradverleih etc.), bedeutet aber, dass es abends/nachts schon mal recht recht laut werden kann. Kann ich bedingt weiterempfehlen.

Zentrale Lage, aber...

Zentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone. Daher aber gerade morgens (Kehrmaschine) und abends (feiernde Menschen) relativ laut. Moderne Einrichtung mit Schönheitsfehlern (Besen fehlt, was gerade nach Strandtagen auffällt), Terrasse kaputt.

Wir haben unsere Urlaub genossen Die Wohnung war sauber aber ein bisschen klein für 4, Zentrale Lage man kann überall schnell gehen ob essen, Strand oder Einkauf alles nah Der Balkon war leider nicht gut, man kann nicht setzen ohne Essen Geruch (Kuchen) zur Rechen!
