One room wasnt fully clean. Clothes left behind and key left behind. Pull out bed was broken. No bedding for the pullout bed. They moved us to a different room at 11 at night. Other room was dirty. Had mini soaps that were USED. No bedding or pillows for pullout. Lock on bathroom door didnt work. Pool area is very run down. Breakfast could have had morw vairety. Sketchy area. Elevator had ppl stuck in it for a while. Decided to only take stairs. Could hear the ppl above us!

Rooms was dirty smelled like mold had tissue in the peephole light hanging from bathroom ceiling paint peeling from wall toilet didn’t flush sink stopped up in bathroom had to call police to get my money back stains in hallway floors and in room elevator was very dirty the lock on door had nails loose worst hotel ever need to be remodeled or closed down the review on Expedia said was good that was a lie google had different reviews which was bad

This is a last resort stay (which I was unaware of). The bathroom didnt look clean. The towels and feel clean. I used one of my shirts to dry off after my shower. The smell of funk being covered up with some kind of cleaning agent was so bad on the second floor (like I couldnt stop coughing and gagging) that I immediately requested to be placed on the first floor (after having to literally plea with the front door staff member). This was after a drive from FL to IL. If you can afford it, go elsewhere.

The toilet must of flooded before we got there. The carpet was sopping wet and we had to use all of our towels. It smelled very musky and even though it was non-smoking, it reeked of smoke. Also all small items are not updated or fixed. Sink leaked, little water pressure, blinds don’t shut all the way. Pretty gross!
