One night stay while traveling. Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was a bit dated.

I stated here a year ago and booked thru the hotel. Had a nice clean room. This year booked thru expedia. Room not as clean. Wondering if rooms booked thru expedia are given rooms that are less maintained?

I liked the shopping area around the hotel. Everything was convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We booked a room with a king size bed and we arrived and paid, when we got to our room and it was a regular size bed. When I went back to get it changed, we were told that it was all they had because of a maintenance problem and they wouldn't give us a discount because we had booked it through Expedia.

I had a kids birthday party we get settled in to go to the pool get all the way down there pool is broken. No one at front desk notified me of that. Breakfast was very plain. Stains all over the white betting.

Nothing to write home about

Beds sounded like a squeaky old bridge when tossing and turning, plus they’re too soft. Need to be replaced with new, firm mattresses and box springs. Room interior was drab and very brown, kind of tired. One elevator down; only one available. Breakfast was okay, but no bacon, no sausage, just cut-up hot dog weiners. Good selection of tea. Hotel otherwise was very clean; HVAC unit operated well. Bathroom clean and operational. Overall: No wow factor, tired and boring hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated, but was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good and the hoyel employees were awesome.
