SLEEPING LAYOUT

Each bedroom includes a Smart TV and ceeling fan so everyone has their own space to unwind and relax.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The fully stocked kitchen is designed for real meals, not just takeout.
Includes a gas cooktop, double ovens, walk-in pantry, and a full coffee and tea bar, inluding drip coffee and a Nespresso Vertuo.

The dining table expands to seat up to 14, making shared meals easy and comfortable.

LIVING SPACE
The main living area is built for gathering, with a large sectional, additional seating, a bar-top workspace, and a 75-inch Smart TV.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Private backyard retreat with:

-Covered pergola with dining and lounge seating
-Propane grill
-Fire pit
-Seasonal pool (Now- October)

String lights create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
Pack ’n play, high chair, kids’ dinnerware, books, and games are provided.

DOG FRIENDLY
We welcome your pups. Bowls, blankets, furniture covers, waste bags, and crates (upon request) are available.

Dogs are allowed on furniture with covers, and we ask they stay primarily on the main level. A $125 pet fee applies.

Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac for privacy, with quick access to I-35 and Highway 9.

SAFETY AND PROPERTY NOTES

The pool is not fenced. For added safety, a childproof lock is installed at the top of the back door. As with any home with a pool, we recommend active supervision of children at all times.

Due to our convenient location near Highway 9 and I-35, you may notice some traffic noise outdoors. Indoors, the home remains quiet and comfortable.

Hosts live in a separate guest house on the property and are available if needed while still respecting your privacy.
