Charming Victorian walking distance to Mass MoCa

The Heron is a spacious 4 bedroom home with 2 full baths and a small, private, fenced-in yard. It was fully redesigned in 2024 with contemporary furnishings and amenities including plush couches; down pillows and duvets, fresh linens and Novilla mattresses in each bedroom; KitchenAid appliances and a Keurig machine; and Eucalyptus rocking chairs on the spacious front porch.

Downstairs you'll find one full bath, a formal living room with ample seating for games and gatherings as well as a cozy den with a 55-inch TV and comfortable sectional able to fit the whole group for movie night. The dining room is complete with a table large enough to seat 8 comfortably, attached to the updated kitchen stocked with everything you may need to chef up a great meal including spices, oils, pots, pans, etc.

Upstairs are four generously sized bedrooms: 2 have King beds and window AC units, 1 boasts a beautiful daybed with a full-sized mattress, and the fourth has a queen with beautiful views of the backyard. All four bedrooms have ceiling fans. On the second floor you'll also find a full bath with antique clawfoot tub, and an intimate nook at the top of the stairs to curl up with a book or cup of coffee in the morning.
