Year round rental 4 miles from the Augusta National pool Hot tub Gym tanning bed

Well maintained 4000 sq ft home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home features the master bedroom on the main level with four bedrooms and a gym with a tanning bed upstairs. For your convenience the home has a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. The fenced in back yard has modern outdoor furniture, two 70 65 cable TV's, pergola, and a pellet grill. Master bedroom has a king bed with 70 inch LCD HD TV. Master bathroom has a large garden tub and separate tile shower. Each bedroom upstairs has a 40 inch HD TV with cable. The bedrooms upstairs have one king bed, and three queens. There is a fold up queen bed available to set up in the gym. The living room has a 75 inch HD TV, and an electronic leather couch. The wood fireplace is great during the winter. The backyard features a resort style pool, deck, and hot tub.

Pool is open year round and is heated to 78 degrees from May 15th to October 1st. It is a conversation pool that is 3.5 feet deep all the way across. During the winter the main waterfall is winterized and unavailable. Fire features are not included with the rental.

Sibling reunion

Reason for ease of check in was the issue with the lock. The description for use was inaccurate and having difficulty locating the owner. Otherwise, we really loved this place and enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

OK house, but


My tennis team and I stayed in this house for our state championship that took place in Aiken.There were 8 of us and we knew we would have to share beds, but we didn’t know that the queen beds listed were really full beds. That makes a difference when sharing a bed. Much cozier than expected. There were family pictures and knickknacks ALL over the place.The ceiling fans, mantle, tvs (and there were many, many tvs) had a layer of visible dust on them. There were fish tanks that had dust all over them. The tank in the kitchen area was noisy, the tank in the bedroom had a fish that we were asked to feed daily! There was a bird cage in the “gym” that was full of bird poop, but no bird thankfully. The pool, which was a main draw for us, was the best feature of the house. We enjoyed lounging in it and the hot tub after matches.Although we never got the lights or the waterfall feature to work, we still enjoyed it.Overall, the house had lots of room for all 8 of us and the outside area was a nice place to hang out. The family photos, knickknacks and dust just made it feel like the family had just stepped out of the house right before we stepped in. If they want it to feel like a “Hidden Oasis” they need to give it a good cleaning and take away the personal effects. It was just too much.

Our family reserved this house for the Masters which did not disappoint! We especially enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and cabana area with (2) 70” TVs. Check in/check out process was very easy and house is located less than 10 minute from August. We would absolutely come back!

This home offered enough space for comfort in sleeping and all the fun amenities outside for a summer vacation. The pool is awesome and we loved that is is a conversation pool depth, we loved the features of the pool, the hot tub was incredible and the outside tv viewing area was perfect for great grandpa! Appreciated very much having pool towels and bath towels supplied.

Relaxation at its BEST

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is full of amenities and exudes nothing but relaxation and peace. The host was perfect. We had everything bc we could possibly need from cookware, excess towels, linen, etc. The bedrooms are spacious with Tvs. The living room is cozy, and the outdoor space is a wonderful place to wind down and enjoy one another. I can’t think of anything bad about this space. It has everything listed and more. This house was just what my siblings and our children needed to enjoy our time together.

The house was amazing however there was a roach and lady bug issue

We enjoyed the property but there were two major issues that we feel was not a pleasant experience for the price. We had bugs roaches and lady bugs in the rooms and kitchen. Also there were nails sticking out of the carpet that injured my boyfriend and his son went through his thumb and foot. I was not a happy camper.

Great pool. House needs some love

We rented this house with friends for the pool and spa- which met our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the WiFi and entertainment worked well. The property needs some work otherwise. The faucet on the sink was not bolted down and was taped, which doesn’t work well with water. The owner said he ordered a part overnight, but it never arrived for our 5 days. There were holes in the carpet, the toilet paper holder was broken, and other small repairs that would have been nice to have done before renting. The place was not very clean and the landscaping was overgrown. We saw 3 mice in the house. Garbage was overflowing the trash cans on the side of the house when we arrived and smelled. The owners did come and remove it on trash day. Despite that, the layout of the house allowed us to have a great visit with our friends. Relaxing in the pool was very nice.
