The staff were very good and professional!
The bathroom in my room could do with a renovation especially the toilet! Otherwise a great stay and the Smitty's restaurant was very good too!

$250 damage deposit at check in, more then the cost of the hotel room. Rugs in room were disgusting

There are better options for the same money
Publié le 2 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived after midnight, exhausted only to be put into a room that looked like the furniture was used in a fight. The bedside lamp on my side of the bed is a likely fire hazard. The water control for the shower was loose and hard to regulate. The hair dryer on the wall threatened to come off completely.
We were too tired to do anything other than fall into the bed and sleep. In the morning I watched a hard shelled bug make its way across the floor.
Has anyone else ever felt like you get punished for booking through an app?
At any rate ($110) we paid way too much for this room and will plan to never stay there again :(

Rotten food and tampon plastic found in a drawer beside suite bed, room extremely cold, crumbs on the carpet floor, tub not cleaned as pink liquid still on tub edge (wiped with a hand towel). This hotel could be extremely better with some extra TLC!

The room was too hot. No air conditioning. There were bugs in the hallways and one in our room. One of our teammates found a bed bug… The water slides are fun but there is so much chlorine that the kids were coughing so much. The hotel cleaning staff were friendly, the smittys staff were friendly but the man at the front desk was rude multiple times to many of us. This is our second time staying here for a hockey tournament and it’ll likely be our last.
