This charming one-bedroom escape features a private entrance and offers a peaceful, pet-friendly retreat (for friendly pets!) tucked away on the owner’s property. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to unwind while still being close to town.
Embrace the cozy, camping-inspired atmosphere with a wood-burning outdoor fire pit, or relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking and exploring. A short walk from the property leads to a beautiful access point along the South Fork of the Snoqualmie River—ideal for a quiet stroll or moment of reflection.
The bungalow is located at the back of the property, providing guests with a sense of privacy. You’re welcome to enjoy the back and side yard spaces during your stay. The hot tub is located on the front deck.
The owners live on the property and are usually available if you need anything, while always respecting your privacy. The layout allows for plenty of personal space, though we’re always happy to exchange a friendly hello if we cross paths.
Set in a rural neighborhood just outside North Bend, the area offers a lovely one-mile loop walk right outside the front gate, passing open space and farmland—perfect for a morning or evening stroll.

The lodgings were exactly as described and pictured. Clean, private, a rustic mountain setting. The trip was an effort to turn an appointment into something pleasant. Considering that our residence is over two hours away, and Seattle traffic is always hideous, we booked here. Check-in was after 3 PM, and I emailed Ciera that 6 PM would be a likely arrival time. We arrived a few minutes early; their drive gate was shut. We took the opportunity to go into town to find some dinner, and let the pup play. Within the hour, we returned with the gate open, but no one home. We walked around their house, announcing ourselves, knocking on doors. The TV was on, and their dog was inside, but he wasn't trained yet to let guests in. We waited outside about 55 minutes until the next door neighbors came out to answer our questions. They called the owners (of which my cell no longer was working---mountain?) and told us the room was unlocked and to just go inside. To remedy future inconveniences (but not cell phone failures), maybe a little more detail to arrival is in order. Some people do not feel comfortable creeping around private property, pushing on gates and jiggling doorknobs. A simple note attached between the screen door and entry could have stated, "unlocked, welcome". Or better yet, be available the time when guests are arriving. It was a long day.
