*Great for 1-2 couples/families and their children. One of the largest inside living space configurations of the Cedar Creek Association units, due to it's finished loft area and finished walk out lower level as well as additional full bath.

* Air conditioned town house style condo w/view of Mountains. Grassy fields surround unit abutting White Mountain National Forest. View the mountains from your deck in this peaceful setting of about 40 acres of association owned land.

*We take your safety very seriously and do our utmost to provide a safe, clean environment for your stay.

* Main floor includes mudroom, fully furnished kitchen, dining area, half bath, gathering space w/large flat screen TV w/surround sound. New slider and glass panels to back deck w/patio table and lovely peaceful mountian view. This level was refreshed with new flooring through out.

* 2nd floor includes Master bedroom w/attached private full bathroom, 2nd bedroom w/queen sized bed & view of the mountains, with hall bathroom.

*3rd floor is a loft providing ample sleeping area w/2 sets of bunk beds & play area.

*Walk out lower level has bunk beds, desk, 2nd gathering space w/large screen TV & surround sound, Foosball table, full bathroom & utility room w/washer & dryer.

*Swimming pool & tennis court are very short walk away. White Mountain National Forest trails are just across meadow.

*Internet cable/Hi Def.

*The updated kitchen is fully furnished for those times you prefer to eat in. Convenient grill on deck with view of moat mountain, with second gas grill below deck with seating area also has a view of moat mountain.

Outdoor local attractions: The North Conway area has so much to offer. New Hampshire State Parks and other portions of the White Mountains National Forest are only short drives away. Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge are just off Westside Rd., and just minutes away. Diana's Bath is another popular local attraction. The nearby Saco River is accessible for swimming, and canoeing. The Kancamangus highway offers a lovely scenic drive through the White Mountains providing many beautiful vistas that can be seen from the parking lot, as well as opportunities to hike from short walks in the woods to view waterfalls to more serious hiking adventures. The National Park visitors centers is located near the intersection of Rt 16 and the Kancamangus. There are also many well maintained cross county ski trails, several nearby down hill ski areas including Mt. Cranmore, and Attitash. Snowmobile trails are also nearby.

Other local attractions: Shopping/ restaurants- Settlers Green offers a large selection of outlet stores, in addition to many unique local and chain stores that are found along Rt 16. There is a wide assortment of restaurants for every taste and price range.

The North Conway area offers 2 miniature golf locations, Conway scenic railway, movie theaters and Uberblast for indoor fun. Nearby Storyland is a great children' s attraction. Schuyler Park in town center offers a playground for young children. Several Golf courses including Hale's Location are nearby. Horseback riding and winter sled rides are available on Westside Rd. Canoe rental center and put-in for Saco River just off Westside Rd. These are just a sampling of some of the possibilities for a stay in the North Conway area. You will find this condo is in a very convenient location.

Although I don't think I'll book through VRBO again., Long story short, they're holding money of mine for far too long.. . However, the house is beautiful!! very spacious peaceful beautiful surroundings, the kind of place you want to be if not at home. The place was immaculate, which is a priority to me! Linda, the host is the best. Very easy to talk with and was very accommodating. I would recommend booking there as you will not be disappointed. .

Wonderful Stay in North Conway

Our stay at Linda’s condo was great. The unit was spotless and you could feel the attention to detail in every room. Bunkbeds on the lower level and the top level were a hit with the kids. The main living room and kitchen area was perfect to hang out all together (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 kids ages 11 through 4). We tried a different restaurant each day and loved all of them (American Flatbread; 27 North; and Peach’s Restaurant). The hosts were very nice and accommodating. We appreciated the extensive information about the surrounding hikes and attractions. I would recommend staying there.

Comfortable stay

The condo was clean, air conditioning worked well, plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and tennis court as well. Good location for Echo Lake and easy drive (10-15 min) to Settler's Green and the main strip in North Conway.

Annual family leaf peeping

This is our second year to stay here. Close to all the areas we enjoy visiting and perfect space for our family. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable. Kids love the foosball table! Linda is the perfect hostess. Communication is timely and she has put together a great book about the area. Check in is a breeze. Love the keyless entry. My family has already inquired about next year’s visit! I call that success!

Great vacation place!

This was a great vacation rental! It is close to town but in a bit so there is no noise or traffic. The place has plenty of space, the view is beautiful, and the pool’s perfect. The owner made herself accessible and the accommodations were up to date and clean. I’d definitely stay there again!

Quaint condo, perfect for 2 families

We stayed 7 nights (July 30-Aug 6) with our 2 children and our friends and their 2 children. The kids all enjoyed banking together in the loft and hanging out in the basement with the TV and Foosball table. The adults enjoyed each having a queen-sized bedroom. Plenty of bathrooms for all and hot water managed 3 showers at the same time. Only downside was one queen bedroom does not have its own a/c and tended to feel warmer than the other rooms. This was fairly-well rectified by us purchasing a fan to use in the room, but it would have been ideal for a fan to be on-site already.

Comfortable and clean

The condo looks like it was built in the 80s, but everything is very well-maintained and clean. I don't think the pictures do it justice--it was nicer than we expected. The layout over four floors makes it feel spacious. The pool is small but nice for kids. Very nice tennis court, too. Both the pool and tennis court were a very short walk from the condo. My nine-year-old daughter loved the foosball table and the loft area. We would stay here again.

Fall Break

First, I can’t say enough about the communication with the owner. She was so helpful and accommodating! The condo location was perfect! We were close to many of the areas we wanted to visit, but out of the congestion of traffic. The condo itself was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the towels were above standard grade. Kids loved the foosball table. We would definitely recommend and return. Thanks for your hospitality!

Storyland Trip

Overall nice condo and good location for our trip - short drive to every where we wanted to go. We are a large family and for a short visit the place met our needs. The pool was an added bonus and only a short walk away. House was clean and everything worked as expected. Only "trouble" was upon initial entry our code did not work due to a technical issue. We contacted Linda and she got it addressed immediately. Was resolved in less than 15 minutes. There were no other issues. Good place for a family to stay.

Great property near all local attractions

This was a short notice booking and Linda made things so simple! She even allowed us to add a day with a one day notice. The home itself was clean, neat and organized with enough seating, utensils and cookware to work with a large group. Spaceous home with all the amenities. Tucked away

This condo was awesome! 4 floors of living space for the family that wants to spend time together but also have the room to enjoy it! Seriously, the loft was great for my 3 kids - they treated it like they're own apartment 2 sets of bunk beds and another twin - the 2nd floor has two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the 1st floor is one large room divided into the kitchen (with an island and a dining table) and living room with a huge flat screen TV and awesome view of the mountains from the attached deck and sliding glass door, and the basement has another big TV, wrap around couch, bunk beds, another full bathroom and a foosball table. This was a great place to rent - pool, air conditioning, wi-fi, trash on site -- and easy to get to all attractions in the area. Quiet West Side road location. No complaints at all - everyone agreed we would be back. Rental company was easy to deal with and had zero communication problems. If your looking for a nice place to stay, look no further.

Only suggestion would be to leave more than 1 trash bag in can. $1.00 fir 10 at dolllar store. Also. Cascade or such fir dishwasher. Unit 20 has glass covering table and coffee table bottle of windex would have helped to clean up as needed. Simple wonderful week and neighbors friendly if year rounders. Kathy

Perfect location for ALL seasons!

Five adults, more than enough room, comfortable, extremely clean, well equipped and perfect location. Conveniently located to all the excitement that North Conway offers. Will definitely return. The company that manages this location, Top Notch is first class. Very helpful, professional and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Great way xperience. If you are looking for a great meal, The Stonehurst Manor is a must.
