✹✹We keep our pool at 85 degrees and run the heater/pump daily from 7 AM to 6 PM, which is standard or more generous than many hotels.
If you’d like the pool warmer than 85 degrees or outside the regular schedule, we can provide instructions for control, but there will be a $25/day fee to cover energy costs. ✹✹

✹Please note that we do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 21. Guests aged between 21 and 25 will be required to verify their identification separately and leave an additional refundable deposit✹

✹✹No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We kindly ask guests to respect this policy and use designated smoking areas outside the premises.
