The screened-in porch is located at the back of the house and looks over a beautiful, private sanctuary. This gated community has 5 pools (one located across the street from the house), a gym, bar, restaurant, and golf course. Rental includes a new grill and a golf cart. Everything you need is right here! Monthly rentals only. Must pass a background check as required by the community.
